The reviews we can't delete
A vouch is not a star rating. It is a receipt: one paid, completed job, one vouch, and no way to buy another.
Three rules, and no exceptions
Earned
A vouch exists only after a job is paid and confirmed. There is no pack to buy, no boost, no promoted placement.
One per job, ever
The job reference is unique in the database. A second vouch for the same job is refused, whoever asks.
Non-transferable
It belongs to the person who did the work. It cannot be sold, gifted, or moved to a fresh account after a bad run.
What a vouch unlocks
Standing is counted over the last 12 months, not for life. A board sorted on lifetime totals just rewards whoever arrived first.

How it is recorded
The review itself lives in our database, so anyone named in one keeps their right to have it erased. What goes to the public register on Base is a fingerprint of the entry — enough to prove afterwards that nothing was quietly rewritten, without putting a single personal detail on a chain nobody can edit.
